Who’s Actually Deciding What You Care About?

Every few days, there’s something new to be angry about.
A headline, a clip, a story that spreads fast and pulls attention in a specific direction. It feels urgent in the moment, like it deserves your focus.
But if you step back, the pattern becomes hard to ignore.
The outrage changes. The cycle doesn’t.
When someone else controls the narrative, they often control the reaction. Not because people aren’t thinking, but because repetition shapes what feels important and what gets ignored.
For founders and operators, that matters more than it seems.
Attention is finite. Where you direct it determines how you think, what you prioritize, and ultimately how you lead. If it’s constantly being redirected by external noise, clarity starts to slip.
Awareness is what creates distance. Distance is what gives you control.

And if you want to get back to clarity and focus, we can talk. Book a call.
