The Responsibility That Comes With Experience

Lately I’ve been thinking about something I didn’t fully understand earlier in my career.

Experience isn’t just something you accumulate. It’s something you carry.

The wins, the mistakes, the patterns you start to see before they happen. Over time, you realize that what feels obvious to you now is something someone else is still trying to figure out.

And that changes how you look at your work.

Building businesses will always matter to me. Creating results will always matter. But there’s a different level of responsibility that comes with having gone through it enough times to see what actually works.

You start to understand that sharing what you’ve learned is part of the job.

Not to teach. Not to position. Just to make things clearer for the people who are earlier in the process.

I don’t take that lightly anymore.

If you’re at a point where you want to move faster with fewer mistakes, let’s talk.
