Today isn’t about business.

Behind everything I’ve built, every hard decision, every rebuild, every moment where things could have gone either way, there’s been one constant.

My wife.

Not just love.
Not just support.
But partnership.

The kind that holds steady when the pressure is high.
The kind that tells you the truth when your ego wants noise.
The kind that doesn’t need the spotlight to be the foundation.

And then there are my kids.

They don’t care about revenue, positioning, or growth curves.
They care about presence.
Energy.
Who you are when you walk through the door.

And that’s the point.

Scale means nothing if it costs you the people who make it worth building.

Most founders obsess over leverage in business.
Very few build leverage at home.

But the truth is this:

You don’t scale cleanly without alignment at home.
You don’t lead well without partnership.
And you don’t win long term alone.

Today is a reminder to honor the people who absorb the weight with you.
Who make the hard seasons survivable.
Who don’t just believe in the vision.
They live inside the consequences of it.
