celebrities have started reposting my content...

I want to share something that still makes me laugh a little.

Over the last stretch, I went from about 8,000 followers on Facebook to over 21,000.
On Instagram, I moved from 50,000 to 160,000.
On TikTok, from 30,000 to over 100,000.

That wasn’t the plan.

Honestly, I never thought the “Here’s How You Know” videos would hit the way they did. That series started for a much simpler reason.

I wanted reps.

I wanted to practice showing up on camera clear, confident, and real. No performance. No polish. Just saying what I actually see after years inside businesses, teams, and decision rooms.

The irony is that the thing I wasn’t trying to make work… worked.

Those videos didn’t just grow an audience.
They taught me how to show up and how to speak.

Not louder.
Clearer.

They forced me to slow down, name patterns honestly, and trust that the right people would hear what they needed to hear. I stopped trying to explain myself and started saying things plainly.

Here’s how you know growth is stalling.
Here’s how you know control is slipping.
Here’s how you know the system is off.

Something unexpected followed.

I started connecting with people all over the world. Different industries. Different stages. Same signals. I’ve had conversations I never thought I’d be having with people I never thought I’d reach.

Some of those posts traveled further than I imagined. A few were even shared by people I respect deeply, including Viola Davis and Pink. Not because I was chasing attention, but because truth has a way of moving when it’s said cleanly.

The biggest shift wasn’t the reach.
It was the quality.

The conversations got better.
The noise dropped.
The people leaning in were more serious.

Those videos changed how I think, how I communicate, and how I listen. They reminded me that clarity creates connection, and connection creates trust.

The audience growth is just a reflection of that.

People don’t want performance.
They want something they recognize as real.
